Since 1984, Christy has been practicing law with the aim of improving people’s lives. His natural affinity for helping people led him to provide counseling to his church community as a bishop for five years. He also served as board member of an international nonprofit organization specializing in family, adoption and social services for 12 years. Mr. Escobar grew up in the small town of Winnemucca, Nevada where he learned to treat his neighbors as friends. He became an attorney because of his desire to help people solve problems that everyone has at some time in their life, which is why family law and estate planning are complementary areas of his practice. In addition to family law and estate planning Mr. Escobar has a general practice which allows him to provide legal service to his clients who have matters beyond their family issues or estate planning. His personable nature and knowledge of the law makes him uniquely qualified to assist his clients in any legal area.
