“For over 30 years, I’ve worked to help individuals use the law effectively to improve their lives by building strong, successful families.
I was an insurance adjuster handling significant bodily injury cases where attorneys were involved. I found I was as smart or smarter than most attorneys I gave settlement checks to so I decided to go to law school. While in law school, I realized law was much broader than injury cases so I looked forward to helping people handle problems they cannot handle themselves whether it be for a trust, probate or business organization.”
I enjoy helping people resolve issues with their case; most often without having to litigate by educating my clients and any that oppose my clients to come to a resolution. In addition, I enjoy helping small businesses by providing effective legal service to help them stay in business and prosper.
I enjoy playing with my grandchildren and assist In taking them to activities they are signed up for. I enjoy golf, hiking and recently became a novice birder. I especially enjoy taking my wife out to dinner.
Since 1984, Christy has been practicing law with the aim of improving people’s lives. His natural affinity for helping people led him to provide counseling to his church community as a bishop for five years. He also served as board member of an international nonprofit organization specializing in family, adoption and social services for 12 years.
Mr. Escobar grew up in the small town of Winnemucca, Nevada where he learned to treat his neighbors as friends. He became an attorney because of his desire to help people solve problems that they can’t handle themselves which at some point in life will happen to all of us. It is also why small business advice, estate planning and probate and trust work are complementary areas of his practice.
In addition to business advice, probate and estate planning Mr. Escobar has a general practice which allows him to provide legal service to his clients who have matters in other areas. He has handled many different legal scenarios and believes you should come to him first. If he is unable to handle the matter or it takes specific expertise he knows attorneys and professionals to refer clients to.
